UPKicks.net ship our shoes from China.We can ship to all global.
Usually we ship via DHL, FEDEX or EMS,USPS.
Due to some customs issues, We will choose ePacket. The purpose is to avoid being imposed tariffs.
3.How long does shipping take?
As usual, it takes 10-15 business days after we ship out the shoes. We take strict quality controls on your shoes before shipping out, and ensure properly packed before shipping out. Most of our orders can be shipped out within 48 hours ,if they have in stock.
Due to teh coronavirus (COVID-19) , the shipping time will normally extent to 15-20 days.
4.Tracking Information
3-5 days after your place order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or information by WhatsAPP or Facebook with the tracking number of your order. Please offer a real and active email address, We will update your package’s information by email.
5.Out of stock items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, or issuing a refund to your original form of payment because of the item(s) not in stock.
6.Order Cancellation
